Cold Weather Photography
I recently found gloves for cold weather photography. I bought a pair of neoprene gloves for me and my wife on Amazon. They are perfect for foul weather.
Today it was fowl weather… yes, I spelled that right.
We took a short trip to Prairie Oaks Metro Park to see if we could find any whitetail deer. I found tracks all over the place around one of the ponds. We didn’t see any running around until we were leaving. There were; however, lots of geese and ducks on the water.
Using my Nikon D7500 and my Sigma 150-600mm Contemporary lens I took some flying shots of the geese in small groups. That made it worth the trip. It was cold due to a stiff breeze, by the way.

In other artistic pursuits, I have produced digital art from reference photographs for several years (since 2016). I did a self-portrait based on a photograph my wife took of me in our studio. Using ArtRage Vitae I was able to produce this image for our own satisfaction.
